Login to the Customer Care Center with your Netwitz login name and password. Choose "make payment".
During normal business hours (9-4:30 weekdays), you can call Netwitz at (618) 533-5447.
Mail your payment to, or stop by our office during normal business hours at 415 E Calumet, Centralia, IL 62801.
To restore your service as quickly as possible you must reset your connection to Netwitz. To do this just unplug your radio from its power source for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
It may take several minutes after you make your payment before your service will be available. If you still see this message after you have reset your connection, wait a few minutes and try again.
If you do not reset your connection, our system will reset your connection and restore your service automatically within 24 hours after your payment is credited.
