Will I be dialing long distance to access the Internet?

Check with customer service for local dialup numbers. If you are unsure of your local calling area, you need to check with your phone company. In most cases we can provide you with the information, however it is always a good idea to check with your phone company, to avoid any unwanted charges on your telephone bill.

Back to Questions

Do I get charged every time I go to a different page?

No, you will not be charged for Internet use beyond your regular monthly fee to Netwitz. You can access sites from Korea, France, U.S.A., anywhere! (Be aware of charges on some sites that want your credit card information) The only other thing you will be charged for is a local call to our system (just like dialing any local phone number on a regular phone). Please consult your local phone company for exact rates.

What is a user name (login name)?

A user name is our way of identifying you on the Netwitz network. It is also the first part of your email address, i.e. username@netwitz.net.

Back to Questions

Why do I need a password?

Using a password prevents unauthorized people from using your Internet account, and reading your email. Without a password, anyone who knew your email address or username could access your account and the email that you receive, without your knowledge. It also allows us to know that you are who you say you are when you request access to the Internet.

Back to Questions

What will my email address be?

Your email address will be your user/login name@netwitz.net. For example, if your user name is john123, your email address will be john123@netwitz.net
